Doctors have created a benchmark to identify the obesity level. If BMI is greater than 25, the person is treated as overweight. But, if the BMI goes beyond 30...the person is treated as obese.

BMI is a popular & common measure, though it does not calculate the fats in body. As a result, the BMI may become mis-leading - especially in the case of mascular people where muscles tend of increase the body weight - rather than body fats.
How to reduce BMI / Weight?
Simple things help in loosing weight -
1) Disciplined organic healthy diet.
2) Work out, exercises, Gymnasium, physical activity, jogging
