Fruits and vegetables contain minerals, vitamins enzymes and trace elements etc which keep the body healthy. Fruits should be eaten well cleaned with water, fresh and raw. Many vegetables too can be eaten raw or lightly cooked. Raw vegetables though give the best results for skin cleaning.
