- Sit with legs stretched out in your front.
- Inhale ; extend the spine , bend both the legs and bring them close to the chest.
- Exhale ; wrap the arms around the legs and hug yourself very tightly.
- Focus the eyes towards the tip of the nose and hold this position for 60 seconds , breathing deeply.
- Release the pose and lie down in shavasana.
