This asan stretches the spine and is a tonic for the whole body.It also soothes and calms your mind to the fullest.Even this asana is very easy to try out.
  • Sit with legs stretched out in your front.
  • Inhale ; extend the spine , bend both the legs and bring them close to the chest.
  • Exhale ; wrap the arms around the legs and hug yourself very tightly.
  • Focus the eyes towards the tip of the nose and hold this position for 60 seconds , breathing deeply.
  • Release the pose and lie down in shavasana.

The Memory Fadeouts
